Executive Director

Dr Sullivan is closely associated with Custodial Capital Management Pty Ltd, Freshtel's largest shareholder with a 23.6 per cent interest in the Company. He brings more than 30 years of international experience in technology and engineering companies and has held a number of executive roles in technology-based companies including his current position as a non-executive director of EBet (ASX.EBT) and as an advisor to Utilico / Ingot group of companies and director of Ellect Holdings.

Dr Sullivan was previously the CEO and director of ERG Group, and a member of the executive board of Siemens Building Technologies Asia Pacific.

Andy Dewhurst

Director

Andy Dewhurst joined the Freshtel Board in January 2007.

Up until April 2008 Andy was Chief Executive Officer for the  Telecoms business within Tesco, including branded handset and landline categories in store, Tesco home phone and Tesco internet phone, internet access and broadband. Andy first joined Tesco Stores Ltd in 1983 and has been a Divisional Director for over 21 years. His experience spans Tesco Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Property, and Tesco Personal Finance.

Andy is also a board advisor to Tesco Mobile Ireland, a Joint Venture between Tesco Ireland and O2 Ireland.

Sean Wilkins

Director

Sean Wilkins, Finance and Commercial Director – Tesco Telecoms UK, previously in senior management positions with  BT,  O2 and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein in Hong Kong. He read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Balliol College, Oxford, and trained as an accountant at Coopers & Lybrand.

Tesco Telecoms consists of a retail business selling PAYG mobile phones, telephones, accessories, contract mobile phones and convergent services on behalf of branded network providers; and a telecoms services business offering Tesco branded mobile services, fixed line telephones, broadband access and internet phone.  Annual turnover  exceeds $1bn.

Sean leads the commercial team who manage customer proposition, supply deal and marketing, the finance team who manage strategic plan, budgeting and reporting, financial control and cash management, the trade planning group who manage demand on stores, online and Telecoms Centre channels from the different businesses and he also leads the HR and administration functions.

Sean was appointed to the board on 1 July 2008.
